Fit Club is for anyone looking to get in shape or recover from an injury or specific condition (physical and/or mental).

The goals are diverse: weight loss, muscle gain, toning, injury rehabilitation, postpartum recovery, mobility goals, and more.

Because your trainer will always be the same, we will try to establish a weekly routine, which can be adjusted occasionally as long as the trainer has availability in the new schedule and with sufficient notice (one week in advance).

The price varies somewhat depending on the frequency and type of plan (whether it includes nutrition, etc.).

What you can be sure of is that we strive to have a much better quality-price relationship than the rest of the market.

The training is exclusively one-on-one (1 to 1). Additionally, at the Pozuelo center, we offer group yoga classes for up to 5 people.
